A massive, meaty beefsteak from Belgium with very low acidity and exceptional sweetness. The fruits can reach 1–2 lbs and have a dense, almost seedless flesh that makes them extraordinary for slicing. One of the best raw-eating tomatoes in the garden.
Needs substantial support — fruits are very heavy. Low acidity makes it less ideal for sauce but extraordinary fresh.
